Just ask ChatGPT in your own words, like “Send Maya an invoice for the logo”. Puffin shows a card so you can check things before anything is sent.
How do I add Puffin to ChatGPT?
Find Puffin in ChatGPT's plugins and tap Connect, then type your email and the 6-digit code we send you. Step by step, and what to do if you can't see it.
How do I download all my data?
Ask ChatGPT to “export my data”. You get a link to a file of spreadsheets with everything in your account.
I lost access to my email. What now?
Add a backup email now by asking ChatGPT to “add a backup email”. If you ever lose your main email, connect with the backup one instead.
How do I cancel Pro?
Ask ChatGPT to “cancel Pro”. You get one page with one button. Pro keeps working to the end of what you paid for, then you're on Free, and nothing is deleted.
How do I leave Puffin?
Ask ChatGPT to “delete my account”. You get a page with one button, and a link to download your data first.
Can my clients pay by card?
Yes, once you connect your own Stripe account: ask “connect Stripe”. Invoices then get a Pay now link. Stripe takes its usual fee. Puffin takes no cut.

Ask ChatGPT to “send feedback to Puffin” with what's on your mind, or email hello@puffinhq.com. A real person reads every message.
