Puffin is made for people who run a business on their own and would rather spend their time on the work than on the paperwork.

Why Puffin exists

Most business software asks you to learn a new app before it helps. Lots of people already ask ChatGPT for help every day. Puffin puts quotes, invoices, getting paid and stock right there, in plain words, so there's nothing new to learn.

Who makes it

Puffin is made by Ethan and run by VOICEVUI SRL, a small company in Bucharest, Romania. Puffin is an independent app. It isn't made, endorsed or certified by OpenAI.

The calm rules

• Only what's built. If a feature doesn't work today, we don't say it does.
• No pressure. No pop-ups, ticking clocks or made-up deadlines.
• No guilt. Admin is hard for everyone. Puffin never nags.
• Nothing made up. No invented reviews or numbers. Pictures of Puffin say “Sample data”.
• Easy to leave. Cancel from one page and take your data with you in one tap.
• Plain words. “Get paid”, “who owes you”, “setup”.
